In and Out at Brno

Repsol Honda rider Nickey Hayden will miss the Brno Round of the 2008 MotoGP Championship, after sustaining a foot injury competing at a Supermoto event. This follows team mate Dani Pedrosa missing the Laguna round from injury.

Pedrosa is set to compete at Brno after recuperating from a wrist and finger injury. Joining him back on the grid will be Kawasaki rider John Hopkins, making a return from a leg injury. Hopkins will be hoping for a good result, after placing second there last year when riding for Rizla Suzuki.
