Yamaha ends Suzuki AMA win streak

Yamaha's Josh Hayes has ended Yoshimura Suzuki's incredible winning streak in the AMA Superbike series. After nearly three years and 53 race wins, Hayes took his Yamaha to a first race victory at Infinineon Raceway in California, and his own first race victory, as Mat Mladin struggled with machine setup issues.

The winning for Suzuki streak for wasn't broken for long however, with Mladin hitting back with a win in Sunday's race 2.
